Returns and Exchanges

Defective Items:

If you receive a custom clothing item that is defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly provide a return shipping label and initiate the process for an exchange or refund.

Non-Defective Items:

Due to the personalized nature of our custom clothing items, most sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that are not defective. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Defective Item Returns Process:

    Please provide your order number, name, a detailed description of the defect, and clear photos showing the issue.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

  3. Package Your Item:

    • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
    • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship Your Return: Affix the provided shipping label to the package and drop it off at the designated shipping location.

  5. Inspection and Processing:

    • Upon receiving the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it for defects.
    • If the item is deemed defective, we will process your exchange or refund within 10 business days.

Exceptions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns if the item shows signs of wear, misuse, or alterations.
  • Custom clothing orders with incorrect sizing information provided by the customer are not eligible for return.
