Turnaround Time:

Our custom apparel has a turnaround time of approximately 3 weeks from the date of order confirmation. This duration allows for the careful crafting and customization of your garments to ensure the highest quality.

Pre-Order Process:

  1. Order Placement:

    • All orders for custom apparel are considered pre-orders.
    • You will be charged at the time of order placement, and your payment confirms your commitment to the pre-order.

  2. Production Time:

    • After order confirmation, please allow up to 3 weeks to create your unique custom apparel.

  3. Shipping Notification:

    • Once your custom apparel is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
    • This email will include tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your order.

Shipping Methods and Rates:

  • We offer standard shipping for all orders.
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

International Shipping:

  • We currently do not offer international shipping for our custom apparel.

Order Tracking:

  • You can track the status of your order by using the provided tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

  • After the 24-hour window, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations due to the custom nature of our products.
